How soon can you do my assembly?
Auswide Assembly provides a next day assembly service. Let us know as soon as you make your purchase and we can usually do the installation the day after delivery.
How much does it cost?
Each item has a set price. If you know the retailer/brand and product name, simply provide the product details or an image and we will send you a price by SMS and email:
Can you do my assembly on a specific date?
Yes, outside of peak Christmas periods as long as we have 48 hours’ notice we will always meet any specific timings.
How do I make a booking?
It’s easy! Just fill out the service form to receive a price. Simply approve the price to finalise your booking.
What brands do you assemble?
We have over a decades experience with all the national retailers, brands and products, and have also provided an assembly service directly to them since 2012. If it needs assembly, we’ll build it.
Are you insured?
Yes, Auswide Assembly and our network of contractors have the necessary insurance in place.
Can you assemble at my work?
Yes, we can assemble in commercial businesses and at your home.
What areas do you service?
We provide a national service in metro and major regional locations. Contact us to check coverage in regional areas.
Do you assemble on weekends?
Yes we can. As you can imagine weekend bookings are very popular but we always do our best to fit in with your schedule and can also assemble whilst you’re at work.
I tried assembling my furniture myself but can’t complete it, can you help?
Yes, we can help you finish your furniture assembly or trampoline assembly job if you are unable to complete it.
Do you take the rubbish away?
Yes, for a small fee we can dispose of or recycle the packaging.
What happens if there are parts missing?
If your purchase has missing parts or is damaged, we can advise the best way to rectify the situation, as retailers return policies can vary.
